Jason Routley

Jason worked for The John Lewis Partnership where he learned a good deal about providing great customer service and world-class staff engagement. He then moved in to the construction sector having worked for Wolsely Group and Travis Perkins, both FTSE 100 companies.

With a strong background in line management and leading teams through change in both sales and operations, he has always enjoyed working in sectors that are customer facing. As a Director of Learning 2XL he now enjoys assisting organisations with their own strategic development underpinned by his extensive experiences.

Jason is an Accredited Business Partner of Clarity 4D and enjoys engaging with delegates with energy and enthusiasm, and his workshops are often lively and full of laughter. He always seeks to motivate and inspire by placing considerable emphasis on the tangible results that coaching, training and development deliver.

John Williamson

John is an experienced and enthusiastic training professional who delivers in an engaging and dynamic manner, with vast experience of designing, developing, and delivering training courses for a diverse range of organisations.

 

He has worked within various industries including Recruitment, Apprenticeships, Retail, Sales and Customer Service environments.

 

John has invested in continuous learning and accreditation, including being an NLP Master Practitioner & Coach and Certified Practitioner of i3 Profiling, whilst holding a Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP).

 

With over three decades of experience and an ongoing commitment to professional development, John Williamson is a dedicated professional in the field of Learning and Development and brings a wealth of experience to the team at Learning 2xl.

 

Martyn Spendlove Assoc CIPD

Martyn has an impressive background of designing and delivering training programmes for a wide variety of organisations 

Online training is a particular specialism and he is an author of many Equality and Diversity, Human Rights and Modern Slavery online modules. 

Martyn holds a Certficate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) which was awarded by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. 

He is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and TAP Learning in L&D Practice and Consulting. Martyn is also accredited by the Chartered Management Institute, and holds certificates with the Academy of Executive Coaching and Kotter International (Change Management). 

Accredited as an Insights Discovery Practitioner, he is also a Clarity 4D business partner. 

Martyn is a a lively and engaging character and he designs and delivers learning with creativity and energy, whilst aligning closely to every learner's needs with a great balance of challenge and support.

 

Jo Wilding (BSC FCIPD)

Jo has extensive experience as a line manager as well as having held specialist HR and training positions. Working as a Strategic Development Advisor before joining Learning 2XL, she was previously the Employee Development Manager for a large engineering company. Jo started her career as a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy and has held management posts in public and private sectors.

A post graduate in Strategic HR Management, Jo has in-depth knowledge of learning and development strategies and is an experienced trainer.

She was the previous owner of Learning 2XL before handing the reigns of the company over to Jason, and this now allows her a little more time to indulge her passion of travelling with her family, and exercising her green fingers when she can. She still enjoys the challenge of coaching, training and development however and brings with her a wealth of experience of both the public and private sectors.

Kim Foster

Kim has had a long association within the Learning and Development sector having worked within NatWest Bank for many years in roles including Area Manager for East Dorset and Resource Planning Manager for South West England.

After a career break to begin raising two energetic boys, Kim returned to work assisting training companies within the private sector with their administration and keeping in touch with clients.  

Kim has worked with Learning 2XL since 2014 and has a great understanding of what our customers need. We believe this is usually simply some advice of what we can offer and a quick response.......Kim is super organised and prides herself on getting back to people quickly.

 

She's also really friendly and a 'people person' so please don't hesitate to call the office! 

Sharon Elphick

Sharon is an experienced trainer and qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

She has an excellent track record of designing and delivering short and long-term training solutions utilising traditional and accelerated learning techniques across the private, public and third sectors.

Specialising in the following: Mental Health First Aid and Wellbeing, Equality and Diversity, Leadership and Management, Personal Effectiveness and Coaching

Sharon's workshops are fun, interactive, engaging and hands-on.

She strives to help people to develop their confidence, capabilities and performance and to recognise and value their own worth.
