In-house Management Development Training and Talent Management Programmes

Our approach to Management Development and Talent Management Programmes is organic. That is, we don't believe that the 'one-size-fits-all' prescriptive approach often demanded by accredited programmes takes into account the needs of either individual participants or commissioning organisations. We work with organisations to closely define programme outcomes and agree a framework for delivery which is innovative and engaging.

Using a combination of individual assessment and action learning activities we help individuals determine their own development gaps and amend our material accordingly. By using a blended learning approach which can incorporate pre-course e-learning we can use the face-to-face time more effectively.

We have previously designed and delivered integrated programmes for Supervisors, Graduates, Line Managers and in Talent Management approaches to building corporate capacity and increasing retention. Whether a long programme over many months or a short burst of focused activity we will work closely with you to ensure the best possible learning intervention for your employees.

All our workshops are designed to include a mix of theory and active learning.  In many cases, participants are encouraged to bring real work issues to the discussions and take away a plan of action or possible solution
