 This course gives delegates the skills to calmly and positively conduct conversations with people in difficult circumstances, such as poor performance, bullying, misconduct or redundancy notice.  It helps delegates to plan how to convey the difficult information, keep calm and deal with the inevitable range of emotional reactions, and to close on a plan of action.
