The list below shows the workshop titles that we currently offer. Each one has a link to an outline of the training. It is not exhaustive and we can adapt or develop one-off workshops to meet a more specific need, and have access to more specialist trainers.
In-house Management Development or Talent Management Programmes
Our approach to Management Development and Talent Management Programmes is organic. That is, we don't believe that the 'one-size-fits-all' prescriptive approach often demanded by accredited programmes takes into account the needs of the individuals. We work with organisations to define their needs and agree a framework for the programme. Using a combination of individual assessment and action learning activities we help individuals determine their own development gaps and amend our material accordingly. By using a blended learning approach which incorporates pre-course e-learning we can use the face-to-face time more effectively.
We have previously designed and delivered integrated programmes for Supervisors, Graduates, Line Managers and in Talent Management approaches to development. Whether a long programme over many months or a short burst of focused activity we will work closely with you to ensure the best possible training intervention for your employees.
All our workshops are designed to include a mix of theory and active learning. In many cases, participants can bring real work issues to the discussions and take away a plan of action or a solution.
