Overview
Facilitated leadership using a strong core senior management team remains a crucial constituent especially when managing change.
Learning 2XL can be drawn on to be both a critical friend and mentor.
What you will learn to:
· Being a role model for all staff and stakeholders in supporting and encouraging
positive change by adopting a democratic style and an open and inclusive culture
· Engage and Effective leadership
· Seek a broad collaboration between other schools and agencies both informal and semi formal network and clusters
· Implement a ‘change team’ to implement sustainable change through representation of all staff departments
· A 5 stage process to enable and encourage the change process
· Consider the rational, political and emotional barriers and how a well supported team can work through difficulties
