When you have invested so much time and resources into recruitment and selection, taking a new starter through an induction programme is the next step to ensuring the transition from selected to effective employment is both efficient and productive.
By setting up an induction programme in-house to support the wider workforce you are embedding a collaborative learning culture from day 1.
