Learning 2XL is an independent training company which specialises in management, business and personal development skills training. We offer in-house courses and programmes for managers and staff as well as one or two-day Open courses. We are accredited by the ILM to deliver in-house endorsed and development programmes. We also provide CPD activities, child protection and safeguarding training to schools and organisations who work with young people.

Our aim is to create a 'buzz' amongst our training delegates through active involvement with each session and practical application of new learnt knowledge, skills and behaviours in credible workplace scenarios and case studies. We work hard to ensure that real incremental change happens when our delegates have the confidence to put new learning and skills into practise as soon as they return to the work-place.
