Learning 2XL has been providing training and consultancy services since 2000 to organisations of between 6 and 16,000 employees, in both the public and private sectors.

Amanda Beech

Amanda Beech – Director

Amanda has been a training professional for 20 years, having held management positions in both the public and private sectors since 1978, and is now a director of Learning 2XL. She specialises in people management training, action learning and focus group facilitation.

 

 

Jo Wilding– Director

Jo has extensive experience as a line manager as well as having held specialist HR and training positions. Working as Strategic Development Advisor before joining Learning 2XL, she was previously the Employee Development Manager for a large engineering company. Jo started her career as a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy and has held management posts in both public and private sectors.

A post graduate in Strategic HR Management, Jo has in-depth knowledge of learning and development strategies and is an experienced trainer.

Sian Goodbourn – Associate Trainer

Sian has been working in training for more than ten years in both the public and private sector. Clients such as JPMorgan, North Dorset District Council, and Curves Fitness Centres. Sian Specialises in Personal development, business skills, customer care, and IT. Sian is passionate about learning and joined as an Associate in 2005.

Steven has worked in arts and event management for the past twenty years, and has extensive knowledge of the arts and experience of managing arts centres, programming, devising and managing community arts projects and festivals, fundraising and sponsorship, event and project management, arts marketing, financial management and working with volunteers and community groups

Susan Payne

Susan Payne – Company Administrator

Susan is a vital member of Learning 2XL.  She handles all the course bookings, company finance, and manages the office.  She has experience of conference organising, working in the retail sector as Company Secretary, and in NHS administration.

 

 

Jeremy Hamilton - Associate Trainer

MA, MBA, MCIM

An experienced marketing professional with specialist workshop facilitation and strategic planning skills, Jeremy began his career in arts marketing before moving to the technology sector as head of European Marketing for a leading data services provider.

He completed an MBA at Cranfield, and subsequently was appointed to a directorship at one of the UK ’s leading New Media agencies.

He is now a non-executive director of two companies and an independent marketing consultant and trainer.

Alan enjoys applying his knowledge and experience to help organisations and individuals develop and grow.  He works in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, facilitating major events, coaching and mentoring individuals.  He had a career in operational management and then made the transition into learning and development.  He was the Director of Human Resource Development for a major American organisation for 10 years becoming an expert in of leadership, management, team building , change and performance.  

Marilyn Latcham – Associate Consultant

Marilyn is a highly experienced HR professional, having held senior posts in Local Government.  These include Head of Personnel and Training Services in a District Council and Training and Development Manager with a Unitary Authority.  She also has recent experience in setting up small businesses.
